On April 4, 2019, the amendment of the Labour Protect Act(No.7) was declared by the King. The main point of amendment are:
1. employees who work for more than 20 years or more, pay no less than the final wage of 400 days or no less than the wages of the work 400 days of the last wage rate calculated as the Unit according to the guideline(Section 118(6) added)
2. the woman employee has a right to acquire the vacation within 98 days for each childbirth. (Section 40 revised)
